We host leagues for adults of all levels at our Manhattan and New Canaan locations. When you join the league, you will be matched with other players of your ability, and you’ll track your improvement by earning a US squash rating.

Who the League is For
If you can serve and you know the basic scoring/rules, you should feel free to join. If you’re not sure, we recommend trying a private lesson with one of our expert instructors to get you up to speed.
Typically players in the league have a US Squash skill rating of about 4.5. If you are not familiar with US Squash ratings, don’t worry, you will probably find plenty of challenge in the league.

Our box league is the perfect way to give yourself a challenge and develop competitive goals. The league gives you the opportunity to play squash on a regular basis, get to know fellow players in your neighborhood and enjoy fun competition.
Participants have told us that joining the league gives them the extra push they need to apply themselves to their game. The box structure format is friendly, yet competitive, and can be a great way to stick to better habits and more consistent gains.
