Future Stars (ages 8-11)
Our training for young squash players begins by introducing them to the basic tactics and techniques that will allow them to play the game successfully at a recreational level. Along the way students develop fundamental athletic capacities such as speed, agility, and stamina. Training is always age-appropriate and mixed with plenty of game play to maintain interest and enjoyment. From here, children may choose to transition tournament play with our On Ramp program.
